Ist der letzte Vertrag in der Lieferkette ein Verbrauchervertrag über die Bereitstellung digitaler Produkte nach den §§ 327 und 327a, so sind die §§ 445a, 445b und 478 nicht anzuwenden. An die Stelle der nach Satz 1 nicht anzuwendenden Vorschriften treten die Vorschriften des Abschnitts 3 Titel 2a Untertitel 2.
