(1) Macht der Vorerbe Verwendungen auf die Erbschaft, die nicht unter die Vorschrift des § 2124 fallen, so ist der Nacherbe im Falle des Eintritts der Nacherbfolge nach den Vorschriften über die Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag zum Ersatz verpflichtet.
