(1) Ein Mitglied erhält nach seinem Ausscheiden eine Altersentschädigung, wenn es das 67. Lebensjahr vollendet und dem Bundestag mindestens ein Jahr angehört hat. (2) Mitglieder des Bundestages, die vor dem 1. Januar 1947 geboren sind, erreichen die Altersgrenze mit Vollendung des 65. Lebensjahres. Für Mitglieder des Bundestages, die nach dem 31. (4) Auf Antrag kann die Altersentschädigung vorzeitig ab Vollendung des 63. Lebensjahres in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Altersentschädigung vermindert sich in diesem Fall um 0,3 vom Hundert für jeden Monat, für den die Altersentschädigung vor dem in den Absätzen 1 und 2 genannten Zeitpunkt in Anspruch genommen wird. Anrechnungen nach § 29 erfolgen bezogen auf den nach Satz 2 verminderten Betrag der Altersentschädigung.
