(3) Welchen Honorarzonen die Grundleistungen zugeordnet werden, richtet sich nach folgenden Bewertungsmerkmalen: ökologisch bedeutsame Strukturen und Schutzgebiete, normal normal Landschaftsbild und Erholungsnutzung, normal normal Nutzungsansprüche, normal normal Anforderungen an die Gestaltung von Landschaft und Freiraum, normal normal Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Umweltbelastungen und Beeinträchtigungen von Natur und Landschaft, normal normal potenzielle Beeinträchtigungsintensität der Maßnahme. normal normal normal arabic (4) Sind für einen Landschaftspflegerischen Begleitplan Bewertungsmerkmale aus mehreren Honorarzonen anwendbar und bestehen deswegen Zweifel, welcher Honorarzone der Landschaftspflegerische Begleitplan zugeordnet werden kann, so ist zunächst die Anzahl der Bewertungspunkte zu ermitteln. Zur Ermittlung der Bewertungspunkte werden die Bewertungsmerkmale wie folgt gewichtet : die Bewertungsmerkmale gemäß Absatz 3 Nummer 1, 2, 3 und 4 mit je bis zu 6 Punkten und normal normal die Bewertungsmerkmale gemäß Absatz 3 Nummer 5 und 6 mit je bis zu 9 Punkten. normal normal normal arabic (5) Der Landschaftspflegerische Begleitplan ist anhand der nach Absatz 4 ermittelten Bewertungspunkte einer der Honorarzonen zuzuordnen: Honorarzone I: bis zu 16 Punkte, normal normal Honorarzone II: 17 bis 30 Punkte, normal normal Honorarzone III: 31 bis 42 Punkte. normal normal normal arabic (6) Wird die Größe des Planungsgebiets während der Leistungserbringung geändert, so ist das Honorar für die Leistungsphasen, die bis zur Änderung noch nicht erbracht sind, nach der geänderten Größe des Planungsgebiets zu berechnen.

Kurz erklärt

• Die Honorare für Landschaftspflegerische Begleitpläne richten sich nach der Fläche in Hektar und der Honorarzone.
• Es gibt drei Honorarzonen, die unterschiedliche Anforderungen an die Grundleistungen widerspiegeln: geringe, durchschnittliche und hohe Anforderungen.
• Die Zuordnung zu einer Honorarzone erfolgt anhand von Bewertungsmerkmalen wie ökologischen Strukturen und Nutzungserwartungen.
• Bewertungsmerkmale werden gewichtet, um Punkte zu vergeben, die die Honorarzone bestimmen: bis zu 16 Punkte für Zone I, 17-30 Punkte für Zone II und 31-42 Punkte für Zone III.
• Bei Änderungen der Größe des Planungsgebiets während der Leistungserbringung wird das Honorar für noch nicht erbrachte Leistungen nach der neuen Größe berechnet.
